Journal Les Affaires - Only one certainty : Fees!
In its April 21st 2012 edition, the Journal Les Affaires published an article (in French only) entitled « Une seule certitude : les frais! » on page i-8. This article that is part of a regular newspaper column by Ian Gascon, president of Idema Investments, encourages investors to diversify their portfolios and raises awareness about the impact of management fees on portfolio performance. It proposes to use Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) to build low cost well-diversified portfolios.
